Refund policy

Please note all returns are to be made within 14 days in a resellable condition to guarantee you a full refund. Please note that PartyShakes will not cover the cost of return should the item be faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied. We do not accept blown out balloons, returns on edible items, and personalised items unless the item is either faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied. Please return your goods with a copy of your invoice and we will process your refund within 24 hours of receipt.

To return goods, please email orders@partyshakes.com with your order number. Should you have any queries to an item you have already returned or you would like to discuss the return of your order please email orders@partyshakes.com (9am-5pm Monday-Friday).
